This was a very fast paced class. Great workout but hard for people who have never been to the class to keep up.

Make sure you know how to salsa & cha cha, because if you don't, you'll be completely lost. Also the instructor restarted a few songs because she messed up the moves.

Fun and works up a sweat! The choreography is always a good challenge for the brain, and the class dynamic is great - very supportive and comfortable!

Super fun class! Donna and the other women in the class bring great high energy to these Thursday nights. Some routines had clearly been worked on for a while, but it was easy enough to pick them up - even for a non-dancer. Some fancy footwork tripped me up on a routine or two, but as long as you keep moving, it really doesn't matter!
