About this class

Weight Loss! Boxing is one of the highest calorie burning workouts on the market today. Focusing on "good form" allows us to not only maximize the results of each work out but it also gives every member a deeper understanding of Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Our classes are high intensity cardio hours paired with professional technical instruction. These classes take place in the Bag Room where we punch, kick and strike large boxing bags. No matter your experience or skill level, you will get a fantastic, full-body workout.

Fitness Boxing
Class was advertised as Fitness Boxing, when it was actually their Boxing Bootcamp class which was fine, however I was expecting an hour workout and the class started 15 minutes after the start time and then took 15 minutes to explain the drills so only ended up being about 30 minutes of actual work. Once we got started it was a good workout and I enjoyed it.

ciara was a great instructor, really helped everyone keep their form. fyi it says to bring your own boxing gloves but they have some there so you dont have to go buy some.

Teacher made fun of my "cheap gloves" and asked if I bought them from Wal-Mart, also said my wraps "sucked". That said, the class did leave me sweating and exhausted. It was pretty much a bag only workout with inter-mixed calisthenics. I was expecting more "technical" instruction.
