About this class

The Full Body Burn™ is their signature high-powered, full-body workout that creates a fun and competitive atmosphere by splitting the room into two teams. Class will still begin with 25 minutes of cycling, after which they will head into the Strength Studio and be placed on teams. There are three two minute burn out challenges and two sets of work that each team will complete. All challenges and sets are for time. Be prepared to sweat, push yourself to the limits, and have fun with all of your teammates.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Bikes are SPD clip compatible. Cycling shoes not provided but recommended if you have your own. Sneakers work too!

BPM Fitness is located at 1808 Spring Garden St Philadelphia, PA. They are located just a few blocks away from the Broad Street Line and have a bike rack in studio. They are a few blocks away from Whole Foods and next door to CCP.

What is ClassPass?
