AIR with Bobby
This is an advanced class. Bobby was so so so great!
AIR with Bobby
Bobbys class is the best! Good balance of cardio, strength and a little bit of technical aerial skills training. This is a tough class.
AIR with Alexis
Great class, but I wish there had been a clearer description of level. This was an advanced class, but I didn't know that by reading the description.
Response from the studio:
Hi there! As mentioned in the description, "AIR is an advanced class - we recommend new clients to take 3-5 AIR Foundation classes before graduating to AIR." Please try AIR Foundation or AIR Flow for a less advanced course. Email us with any questions! Thanks. :)
AIR with Hannah
Hannah was very clear and encouraging

They not specify the level of the classes. It was too hard and Im pretty sure it was an advanced class. They should update their info here
Response from the studio:
Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. As mentioned in the AIR class description, we recommend new students take AIR Foundation first. You may also enjoy AIR Flow which is our aerial yoga class and is slower paced than our aerial fitness classes. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns! Thank you.

Great AIR boot camp
AIR with Alexis
Need to label class as advanced. Instructor stayed at the front of the class the entire time didnt really see her give assistance to any of the class. Told them to do their own thing.

Advanced not a beginning level
AIR with Alexis
I had taken Air Foundation twice successfully and thought that the next step was to take Air - it was not. This was definitely a class full of very experienced people who all knew the instructor. There's apparently no in between. I felt very awkward as there were no moderations given or any moves for those who couldn't do these advanced moves. It was embarrassing to sit half the class out and not fun at all. I will not be taking this again.
