Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. see all reviewsI love the format of this class! It’s 3 circuits with 4 exercises each, mostly strength-based but sometimes cardio or core is included. Fallon explains and demos each exercise clearly and is available to help with form and modifications. The gym has a lot of equipment available and I love that it’s incorporated throughout the class. I would appreciate more variety in the available lighter dumbbells, maybe a set of 7.5s and a set of 12.5s since a 5-pound difference (5 to 10 or 10 to 15) can be significant for some exercises that use lighter weights.

The girl next to me clearly didn’t know what most of the institutions meant and was very distractingly just flopping around. Some focused instruction would have helped her a lot! Otherwise, awesome!

The treadmill parts of class were a bit much for me to do completely at the proper levels but I felt totally okay adjusting speed when I needed to.
