About this studio

Undo the damage from poor posture and improper repetitive motion while strengthening functional movement patterns you can apply in every day life. We offer private sessions that give you an education in high-quality movement that sets the foundation for both your workouts and every day life. Our small group classes are capped at 12 participants, giving you personal attention and corrective cues. Our rolling sessions release joints and fascia through slow, controlled movements, focus, and breathing. 267 639 2366

How to prepare

We have mats, but bring you own if you like. We have towels and bottled water for purchase, as well as bathrooms and a shower. Sessions can be performed in shoes or barefoot. All Yamuna® rolling tools are provided and available for purchase.

How to get there

We're just off the corner of 4th & Fitzwater, diagonally across from the Hungry Pigeon, and next to Paradigm Art Gallery.

Love this class! My only issue is that this gym is one large you’ll hear everything happening in other parts of the studio. It can be frustrating, when you’re trying to hear your instructor explain a move and the person at the desk is having a loud conversation with someone else, or doing personal training on the back.

The instructor was really friendly and made sure to correct my form without making me feel singled out. It was my first barre class, definitely tough and challenging! But it was a good way to start my Monday. I liked how he was educational about the gait pattern and the importance of the certain exercises. Highly recommended!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
