Vitality Flow
So hard but great!!
Invigorating Flow
The instructor didn’t do the routine with us so following along with names of yoga positions is difficult for a newbie.
Invigorating Flow
It was a bit difficult to follow what some of the poses were as a beginner, but overall, it was a great workout!
Invigorating Flow
Great teacher and a fantastic way to start a Sunday
Vitality Flow
Amazing. So peaceful and meditative. The instructor was very good with telling us exactly what to do but it was hard enough to be an intermediate class.
Vitality Flow
Melissa was great. Welcoming and encouraging to all attendees.
Vitality Flow
Very knowledgeable instructor who offered helpful hands on assists
Invigorating Flow
An extremely relaxing class! I like how we were encouraged to use straps and blocks that they had available to us!
Gentle Flow
Steph was great! Calming and a great way to wake up.
Vitality Flow
Relieved to finally find a yoga studio in center city that isnt heated!! Definitely a good classic yoga studio. Plenty of regulars there so you know theyre doing something right. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Great instructor. If youre looking for a cardio class disguised as yoga, this isnt it. If youre looking for a thoughtful but challenging practice, this is it.
