How to prepare

Outdoor shoes must be removed upon arrival and changed with indoor training shoes. Only kickboxing classes require boxing gloves. Gloves are not available for loan.

Wasn't impressed with the instructor. Seemed really uninterested and basically just went through instructions so quickly as if to get it over with. Only did proper demos on the exercise once everyone looked lost. The space itself looked nice but that's about it.

The class was good you definitely felt the burn. I feel the instructor could have offered some alternative moves or asked for injuries prior to the lesson

the workout during the class itself was awesome. it was exactly what I was expecting it to be. the facility itself isn't the best in terms of space. gear and cleanliness are both great. there's just no room to stretch and warm up or even use the washroom before the class due to size and location of the facilities... you'd have to walk through a class in session to do it which is a no no.

Teacher told us to not/stop drinking water between sets which made me feel down on myself for needing to hydrate. Class would have been a 5/5 had he not instilled a sense of shame on people who felt they needed the water.
TRX Suspension Trainer with Ferdie
TRX exercises were not the most effective I’ve done, but the instructor did a demo for each set which was helpful for a smooth experience. For students newer to TRX, I feel like they would need more guidance and hands on correction for form.

One of the worst instructors I’ve ever seen. I’m surprised more people didn’t get hurt.

Amazing instructor, great class today. I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts and the instructor did a great job of demonstrating and coming over to fine tune some movements that i was doing incorrectly.

What is ClassPass?
