    Stunning facility. Warm and welcoming front desk staff. Great class. This style of class is geared towards a slower pace with the intention for corrective form. With that being said the pace of the class could have been sped up and more focus to individual form. If you’re new to this style of Pilates this class is for you.

    CONDITION

    One of the best workouts I’ve done and likely my new favourite exercise space in the city. Melissa is really attentive and corrects your movements to ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout. The space is beautiful and the amenities go above and beyond. Great music to top it all off and motivate you to keep moving!
