    Best class ever!!!!! Love the energy, Melissa’s instruction, the dog, the bouncing, all of it is amazing. And because it’s a small class size (we were only 4 people) you get the attention you need for good form. I will be back for sure!!!!!

    The best matwork class that really articulates your spine and deep inner abs. Most classes I’ve taken elsewhere are more about punishing the abs, more calisthenics for the arms and back, but it’s hard to sense what you’re using in those classes. This is the perfect prep to more challenging work or just to restore a connection lost. Perfect post-injury to regain stability.
