About this studio

Oxygen Yoga and Fitness offers Far Infrared Heated Yoga (Flow, Power, Yang/Yin), Fusion Style fitness (core, arms, glutes, total body), and mat Pilates classes. Their classes will strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. Please familiarize yourself with the type of class you register for (yoga or fitness), come well hydrated and eat light outside of 2 hours before class!

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and full length mat towel. All items are available to purchase or rent at the studio as well!

How to get there

They are right beside Sina Pharmacy & Organic Juice Bar on Smithe (in between Richards and Seymour). There is plenty of metered street parking on Richards or 3 large parking lots on the same block. They are right in the middle of Granville or Yaletown skytrain stations. They do not have designated studio parking.

Felt like it could have been a bit more challenging for a 2/3 level there wasn’t much cardio but I would still go back again I really like hailey

It was a bit too hot for my style. Kind of made it more of a sweat fest than a workout. I definitely wasn’t the only thinking that. Instructor was nice and motivating

By far the worst yoga class I’ve ever attended. The teacher seemed like a really nice guy but this is definitely not your typical yoga class. Yang half of the class consisted of exercising our tongues, hyperventilating and dancing. The yin half was a vent session about religion, god, and sexuality. Finishing off the class belting Ke$ha?!?! Beautiful voice but I didn’t come here for karaoke.

Great teacher! Very encouraging and fun and good vibes! Would highly recommend her class. My only this was that it was my first time at the studio and the receptionist wasnt welcoming all and had a too cool for school additude. But the workout was superb!
