Something looks different...why the changes?
At Uplift, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the most scientific (and results-driven!) workouts for women. As we've watched the fitness industry change since our studio's inception, we have not only kept up with these changes but have been a leader in making these changes.
To that end, we've opted to re-brand our classes with names that reflect the principles we believe are most important in health and wellness. These core tenants of fitness -- cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy -- are essential to a well-rounded fitness regimen, and our classes offer all of these in truly meaningful ways. By restructuring our classes, we've allowed you to better curate your weekly workouts.
Nothing has been removed; if anything we've added a brand new class that encompasses all of our classes in one, and simply honed what we're already providing to our exceptional community. We're so excited about this shift and are forever committed to providing you with the most effective and purposeful workouts that will leave you feeling challenged, strong, and as always, Uplifted.
