How to prepare

**Please note: you must check in at the front desk before entering class** Clothes you are comfortable sweating in and sneakers. Water is $1 if you do not have your own.

How to get there

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class starts. Please give us a call to let us know you're running late. However, after five minutes of the start of class, we unfortunately will not be able to let you into the class.

i wanted to do a strength training class but a lot of the others seemed really intimidating. uplift is women only, and you could modify the workout for your level. it was such a great workout!
