How to prepare

**Please note: you must check in at the front desk before entering class** Clothes you are comfortable sweating in and sneakers. Water is $1 if you do not have your own.

How to get there

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class starts. Please give us a call to let us know you're running late. However, after five minutes of the start of class, we unfortunately will not be able to let you into the class.

STRENGTH with Kara
Kara was very friendly and encouraging. Gave out good instructions on what body parts we should be activating or feeling. I would have liked it to be a little more challenging but I know I will still wake up sore tomorrow.

Katie is great and her playlist is life! She times the workout intervals perfectly!

The instructor was great! I definitely think power and endurance are the best classes offered here. Great workout and the right balance btw. strength and cardio.
ENDURANCE with Andi
If you're new to exercising this would be a good class for you. The instructor was very nice and I love the all women power but this class was mildly challenging at best if you're in pretty good shape (I prefer 306080, SLT, flywheel, exhale HIIT).
ENDURANCE HAPPY HOUR with Kat
Tough. Good balance of cardio and strength. I rarely looked at the clock.
SCULPT HAPPY HOUR with Katie
Pathetically easy. Any attempt at a cardio excersize was meant to be low impact, but was essentially useless and had no impact. It was also very repetitive and boring. I eould not recommend this class. Do thier endurance class instead.

I thought katie was a great instructor but I kind of thought the choices for weights were too heavy? 8 and 5 lbs is a lot, even when I only used the 5 lbs. Im very small and a total beginner with weight training, but I do yoga and Pilates four times a week so its not like Im completely out if shape. The description made it seem like it was ideal for newbies. Its discouraging from the beginning when your weights are too heavy for you to focus on the form, you feel defeated before you can start. Thought Katie seemed super great though, and I like the aesthetic of the place, its very cute but not trying too hard to be trendy, feels relaxed and supportive
SCULPT with Kirsten
I would give it a 4.5! Great for the morning when you are not completely awake yet. I only wish it was a little harder/more intensive.
