Anissa was super motivating, described and demonstrated each move multiple times and went around the room to check in on form. The moves were also displayed on screens around the room which was super helpful for reference. Music was upbeat and energizing. This was my second time and I had no trouble keeping up.     Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

    It was my first time at MOOV Sanctuary, and I felt welcomed and accepted, as I enjoy yoga but I don’t attend a regular yoga class (yet!).
