About this studio

The Bar Method is an hour-long (45 mins in a Bar Express class & 55 mins. in a Bar Advanced & Bar Move class) total body workout that combines isometric interval training, dance conditioning, and sports rehabilitation to quickly and safely burn fat and carve muscle. Class is high intensity, low impact, and composed of 8-9 strengthening exercises that work muscles to total exhaustion, followed by stretches. This combination creates a long, lean, firm, sculpted body.

How to prepare

For your first class, please arrive at least 10 to 15 mins prior to class starting to fill out paperwork; late comers will not be allowed into class. Please bring a pair of socks that cover your entire foot (no toe socks allowed), and wear leggings that cover your knees (no shorts allowed).

How to get there

The studio is conveniently located by the path, bus and train stations in downtown Hoboken and has all the amenities you need to make the commute to or from work as easy as possible.

What is ClassPass?
