How to prepare

Please wear grip socks if you have them - otherwise they sell grip socks for the machine. Grip socks are required for class. Studio Spin- shoe rentals will be available. Please arrive early for class - your spot will be given away to a waitlist member if you do not arrive/check in on time! FIRST TIMERS: MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MIN EARLY- FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO TAKE THE CLASS AND LOSING YOUR CREDIT. Kaila is by far the best instructor I’ve experienced at the studio. Very attentive to form, detailed with instructions and quick to give helpful suggestions. Most important, she actually demonstrates positions and exercises. Wish this was so in all classes and with all instructors. Great job Kaila!!! Huge thx.

What is ClassPass?
