I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Garsons boot camp class. It is accessible while still very challenging. He is engaged throughout and provides a lot of motivation and guidance (a lot of trainers these days go on their phones or zone out and he is always present). The class is designed with unique movement patterns and time increments and as a result the variety distracts me from the hard work being put in. Cannot recommend it enough!!

This was my first time attending a class at Fit Factory, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Taking this class at Upeksha was truly a magical experience. The space itself felt almost otherworldly, with a soft, glowing energy that instantly wrapped around me the moment I walked in. There was something strangely ethereal about it, like stepping into a sacred little portal tucked away from the rest of the world. The atmosphere was warm, grounding, and charged with a quiet kind of magic that made everything feel intentional and alive. Jade held the room with such grace and presence, guiding us in a way that felt intuitive and healing. It wasn’t just a yoga class—it was a full-body, full-heart experience that left me feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected than I have in a while.

Wow this class was challenging!!! But in a good way. The heat added an extra element of challenge for me. I would not recommend this class for a brand new beginner, but as someone that has done flow style yoga for a few months, I think it was suitable. There were some opportunities for inversions (headstands, crow, wheel) which was above my skill level but Aldrin offered modifications to make each pose more challenging.

Class itself was great! Good and fun flow that kept building. I appreciated that they tried to make it full service with mats laid out, but I was glad I brought my own. These were NOT yoga mats but Pilates mats, and many attendees were slipping and sliding and could not balance. I overheard someone say they had an ankle injury. Well, these mats will definitely cause joint pain, as soft squishy mats are not meant for yoga.
