About this studio

*All clients are required to wear or purchase socks for class. Clients without socks or those unwilling to purchase will not be able to attend class and will be marked as Missed.* Strengthen (your core), Lengthen (your limits), Tone (your body). How to prepare

Please arrive prior to class time. If more than 15 minutes late to class, you will be denied entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. If new, you will not be able to join class after it has started. New clients: your instructor will greet you and give the 411 on the Megaformer before class begins. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase or rent ($3). Water is also available for purchase.

How to get there

Located in the heart of Rittenhouse Square, the studio is located above Free People. Enter on Moravian street via 17th street.

Instructor was really great, and the workout burns if you can get a handle on the machine. It just takes a while to get the hang of it. I think there should be a 10 minute session before hand to show you the machine- and maybe beginners only sessions to further stress this guidance.

What a waste of time. It felt like I spent more time switching positions and trying to figure out what the exercise was rather than getting a good workout in. Also it was barely 50 min, more like a half hour with 10 min of cool down and 10 min of just getting acquainted with the machine. Definitely not worth 11 credits!!!

What is ClassPass?
