About this studio

RJS Fitness is a boutique fitness located on the Crossroads Plaza in Richboro, PA. RJS stands for Ride Jump Sweat. The studio offers two types of cardio based, high intensity yet low impact to the joints group classes: Ride (indoor cycling, or spin), and Jump (mini trampoline, or rebounder). Additional offerings include Sweat Zone (small group, interval based workout using TRX, small weights and other apparatus), Strengthen with TRX (small group suspension training) and more. Express classes are 30 or 40 minute long; regular classes are 50 minutes long.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothes with good breathability and bring a water bottle. For spin (“Ride”) classes, thin socks made from moisture-wicking fabric with reinforced heels and toes or cycling socks. Cycling shoe loaners are available. For mini-trampoline (“Jump “) classes, slip resistant socks (sold at the studio) or bare feet.

What is ClassPass?
