This was a great class. I worked every part of my body and even with a foot injury, I felt great. Ryan modified for me when needed and the class went by quickly. Will be back!

This was a hard but rewarding workout. Very glad I stopped in. Staff is very welcoming and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed. Not many breaks so I wound up setting a personal record of 1,200 calories burned in the hour.

The class alternates every 15 minutes between intervals on industry-leading Woodway® treadmills and strength training on the floor with Dynamax balls, body bars, free weights, etc. Dim lighting, DJ spun music, personalized TVs, and energetic instructors make blasting calories fun! You pick your intensity as they guide you through this fat burning, muscle building class designed for ALL levels. 856 382 7814

What is ClassPass?
