There’s a great community aspect to this workout! Love that everyone cheers each other on. Main problem for me is that it felt like the class was over capacity and it felt pretty crowded.

This was my first class and everyone was welcoming and had a positive attitude. The workout was as challenging as I wanted and there was a good variety in the exercises which offered a full body workout that kept my heart rate up! Can't wait to return.

What is ClassPass?
