About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

Class was super hard for someone new to barre, but a great workout. It moves fast and it was hard to keep up with some stuff, but will be back.

These instructors and staff are so sweet and friendly! The workout was intense and challenging, but very easy to follow. The group was very mixed levels, and everyone had moments when they took a breather from the workout, so I never felt like I was struggling to keep up. Overall, I found the vibe to be very supportive, and I would absolutely recommend this studio.

Studio is ok but they dont have bars for tall people so me being 511 it was hard to use it. Some exercises were too easy some awkward with those stretch bands. Instructor is robotic and boring. No joy or excitement was expressed during the class.

not a great class. instructor seemed uninterested and some of the exercises with the band were just odd and didnt allow me to actually work out the targeted area. just not great overall
