PKC offers Classical Pilates and Core Fitness at their high-end fitness boutique in Prairie Village, KS. Their ClassPass classes include: Pilates Mat, Reformed Ride, PKC Barre, TRX Barre, TRX Strength, TRX Pilates, Yoga & KALOS. 913 385 0305

How to prepare

Grip socks required for PKC Barre. Sneakers required for Reformed Ride & TRX Strength. Clip in shoes for Reformed Ride are recommended, but not required. Mats are provided for group fitness classes. Please bring your own mat for Yoga. Water is available.

How to get there

They are located just south of 75th Street in the HyVee Shopping Center in between Jun's and Lovely Nails.

Reformed Ride with Madi
This is a great class to mix up a workout routine. Be prepared to work your legs!! The instructor was really wonderful and the people in class were welcoming. It was hard to coordinate some of the upper body moves while biking, but that might just be me! I also prefer free weights on the mat rather than Pilates springs—it takes me too long to find a comfortable position for the move and they tend to pinch.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
