Philly Power Yoga with Nikki
Good teacher and nice long class. One star off for the crammed-in policy, no space to feel free.
Philly Power Yoga with Ewa
Liked the instructor and was a good workout. Im a yoga newbie and it was easy to follow along and do the poses. However, Im personally not a huge fan of the heavy sighs/lions breath aspects of yoga which was present during the class
Beginner Philly Power Yoga with Troy
I am a beginning and this was my first time at Philly Power Yoga and I loved it. Troy was very clear in his verbal instructions and well as the expectations for the class which made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I cant wait to come back!
Philly Power Yoga with Kristin
Really good, intense, not for beginners though!
Philly Power Yoga with Lisa
Pretty good class. Solid instructor, she provided good verbal cues but no hands on assists. Room was not as hot as I would like. Overall good flow though.

Really good but could have a little more power!
Philly Power Yoga with Ewa
Great workout. They cram about 32 people into the small studio and the doorbell goes off the entire class so I will not be going back
