Wednesday Afternoon Flowdown with Colleen
Colleen is great teacher
Philly Power Yoga with Lindsay
This class is great! Lindsay did a wonderful job of teaching and was supportive of those who wanted to try to take it further as well as those who just wanted to stay in original pose. I always appreciate that. Nice sequences and flow in just 60 minutes.
