Philly Power Yoga with Lindsay
So crowded. I got kicked multiple times in class due to the overcrowding. The instructor saw me get kicked in the face by the person in front of me and suggested I move.

Really love this teacher!
Philly Power Yoga with Alexandra
Alex is an amazing teacher. She brings an incredible amount of intentionality and care to her class. For that, shes become my favorite at PPY.
Philly Power Yoga with Lisa
Great class but too crowded
Yoga Stretch and Restore with Colleen
Class was freezing but otherwise perfect!!
Yoga Stretch and Restore with Colleen
I went to this class after an intense week of rowing, cycling, and strength training. Had knee pain and a lot of tightness in my neck & right shoulder. It was slow, relaxed, and gravity did a lot of the work for you. Its not a sweat like crazy and push yourself class, but more of a physical reset geared towards flexibility. Colleen was great, Ill absolutely come again.
Philly Power Yoga with Colette
This was my 2nd class with Colette and I think shes an amazing instructor. She encourages us to try new and more challenging poses without being pushy, and you can tell she genuinely loves to help her students improve their practice.
