    I never expected to enjoy working out until I tried Spicy Sunday with Brittany. I love her energy and how she makes the whole class so fun! She is motivating and engaging the entire time, and I like that she shouts out people in the room by section and even by name. Spicy Sundays are now a must in my weekly routine. Highly recommend.

    The Fighter

    “The Fighter” is a fun, high energy workout with elements of kickboxing aerobics, bag work, and core exercises. Wayne demonstrates moves and watches you for form corrections. He’s very knowledgeable and has an encouraging delivery. He also does some one-on-one mitt work and modifies based on your skill level. The space is a beautiful old Fells Point building and the studio has high-quality equipment. I highly recommend any of the RVN classes!
