    This was a very chill class, basically 45 minutes of easy stretching. Great for all fitness levels, whether you’re trying to get more stretching into your routine or just need to work on some sore muscles. Maya, the instructor, was very easy to follow and very friendly.

    Brittany was amazing and super motivating as an instructor! As a first timer at a spin class I was nervous going into it but they couldn’t have been more helpful at showing me how to get set up on the bike. It’s definitely an intense workout, but I pushed myself and was really proud of how I did. I love that they keep it mostly dark the whole class and the upbeat music and exciting energy from everyone else made for a super fun environment. Also the owner Kelly couldn’t have been nicer and checked in with me after to see how it was! I will definitely be back.
