From Yoga to High Intensity Training, there’s a group fitness class for all interests and skill levels. Their instructors are patient and encouraging, so working out in a group isn’t intimidating–it’s actually fun!

How to prepare

Please bring your ID with you, sign in with our friendly front desk staff, and prepare for an amazing fitness experience! If you are arriving for a class, plan to come 10-15 minutes early and let your instructor know that this is your first experience with O2 Fitness. They will help you get set up and ready!

Good facility but water fountains didn’t work. Lots of bro types hogging up space near the free weights despite not using any.

More HIIT style of workout than strength training, which is what I thought that it would be. Definitely felt a workout but there was little to no time to switch between different equipment, so you end up missing portions of the workout. Also no individualized attention, so no questions about modifications or form corrections.

I was disappointed because I was looking forward to Piyo this evening. The instructor stated that what he teaches is not Piyo and the class is titled wrong. Overall, great class for stretching and balance.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
