Please bring your ID with you, sign in with our friendly front desk staff, and prepare for an amazing fitness experience! If you are arriving for a class, plan to come 10-15 minutes early and let your instructor know that this is your first experience with O2 Fitness. They will help you get set up and ready!

Jennifer was super friendly and inviting. Easy class to follow.

Class could have been a lot better. Need to have shoes to wear and better music and instructor. Decent workout though.

Very well equipped basic gym. Smooth Smith machine. Laid back atmosphere. A surprisingly large number of people w personal trainers. Free towels and easy parking.

Not what I thought it was going to be. It was just a bunch of choreographed dance moves. No punching bags and no actual skills learned. Left after 5 minutes.

TBC is a really good HIIT class, I like that we do a good warm up before the class and that he takes time to stretch after.

Good class! Paul was great...I wish they had newer bikes that had digital rpm readouts. It's tougher to gauge your workout by "turns right/left" on the resistance.
