How to prepare

Women wear workout pants/capris and a tank/t-shirt. Men wear workout pants or shorts with compression shorts underneath and a tank/t-shirt. Their studio has a cork floor and you can take class in bare feet or sticky socks. A water bottle filling station is in the lobby. All props are provided, as are towels.

How to get there

The Barre3 studio is located in Five Points, next door to Walgreens and Bloomsbury Bistro. Ample parking is available.

What is ClassPass?
