see all reviewsThe gym was awesome! So much to offer, so many different spaces to do different kinds of workouts. The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The only critique I have is that the woman’s locker room has some janky looking carpet, but that’s speaking more on the aesthetic/comfort factor which is NOT the reason I come to a gym! Overall, low key place that I would definitely come back to.

see all reviewsThis was just what I was looking for to supplement my low intensity yoga and pilates workouts. The instructor was super welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a strength training/cardio class. Best for people who have at least some experience with weights. You'll leave feeling sweaty and accomplished.

see all reviewsI was so pleasantly surprised with this class! Anything super intense or any HIIT classes make me nervous, I have started my fitness journey and have mainly stuck to yoga but this class was great to change up the pace! The instructors were great and super friendly when walking in, there is 3 rounds of each station and the first round they made sure they walked around and assisted me with form and adjustments (as I am short in stature) from the cycle machines to tips on how to properly use the machines. Definitely beginner friendly especially if you want to supplement your workout routine! Would take a F45 class again!

Loved her adjustments. I also loved that they used reusable towels with essential oils instead of toxic chemicals! So sustainable and healthy. Thank you!

see all reviewsFirst of all that class is intense !!! lol definitely don’t eat a heavy breakfast prior to this Monday class! The instructors were amazing, positive, motivational, helpful, supportive I think I had Gianna and Jess those ladies were very welcoming! I haven’t felt that welcomed in a while. I will be back once I get back from vacation. The only thing I will say just for a heads up, the class isn’t lead by instructors they will walk you through each workout but it’s also showing you the workout on the screen. So just be mindful of that but this is a great gym the lady I was partnered with was very supportive as well. This place gets a 10 out of 10 for me! Than you f45!!!

I loved how the most intense part of the workout is first and we finish with yoga to recenter and come back to ourselves. It’s a nice way to wrap up the workout so we aren’t leaving heavy breathing. I’m a yogi at heart but this is a nice switch up to get my heart rate up! Would take again!

see all reviewsDana and the lovely lady at the front desk were both extremely kind. 🤗 It’s welcoming as a beginner when you are greeted with kindness the moment you enter the space. Be mindful that the class may be streamed online. I don’t think anyone should let that deter them from coming, but it is useful to know. This is still your individual practice and your focus should remain on you and what your body feels comfortable doing. I was the least experienced in the class but will proudly go into a modification. 😄 Yoga is not about comparison. It’s about honoring your needs 🧘🏽♀️💕 I met a member who is 53 with scoliosis and said she has been coming for 5-6 years. She shared that it has helped her back issues and increased her mobility. Would highly recommend and return again. 🥰🩷
