Jennifer was a great instructor, very motivational and her comments throughout class really helped keep me on beat and on track with the exercises, even when I was in the back and couldn’t always see her. A great focus on all muscle groups.

Great for muscle fatigue. Light weight, lots of reps. Not something that gets your heart rate up too high though.

How to prepare

Please bring your ID with you, sign in with our friendly front desk staff, and prepare for an amazing fitness experience! If you are arriving for a class, plan to come 10-15 minutes early and let your instructor know that this is your first experience with O2 Fitness. They will help you get set up and ready!

What is ClassPass?
