110 Yoga offers boutique group yoga classes. They also have a full bathroom and shower facilities that is supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

How to prepare

Please make sure to bring your own mat and towel. If you do not have your own, you may always rent them at the studio for a small fee.

How to get there

Free street parking is available M-F before 8am & after 5pm; parking is free on the weekends. Space is also available in the adjacent Red Hat garage.

Love Cecily! Her flows are super thoughtful and always feel good in my body. She also gives really great cues - even as an experienced yogi and instructor I feel like I always learn something new about the proper alignment of a posture or how to safely and intentionally get deeper into something. The slow flow is also a great supplement to the more vigorous classes I’m used to. Thanks for a great class!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
