How to prepare

Please bring your ID with you, sign in with their friendly front desk staff, and prepare for an amazing fitness experience! If you are arriving for a class, plan to come 10-15 minutes early and let your instructor know that this is your first experience with O2 Fitness. They will help you get set up and ready!

BODYPUMP™
the class was not offered at this time.
BODYSTEP™ Athletic
I showed up and it was not Body Step. Luckily they let me into another class (Body Combat). The class was great and the teacher had a lot of energy.
BODYPUMP™
This class uses barbells and hand weights to work out pretty much all muscle groups (shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, quads, glutes, etc) in a variety of exercises. I was new and wasnt sure how much weight to do, so I wish someone would have helped with that before the class. The rhythm was a little challenging for a newbie, but thats true of most classes. Altogether though a very good strength workout and Im glad I went!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
