Its 88 degrees out and the instructor had the class doing sprints up hills and uneven staircases around pedestrians. There was nothing in the class description that this would be outside at all.

Be aware this is a very heavy cardio class! The entire thing was running/sprinting/lunging up the Manayunk hills. Very minimal strength training
