Tai Chi and Qigong with Hasan
This was was first time doing Tai Chi and Qigong...wow! What an amazing class and instructor. I’ll definitely be back!
LaBlast Dance Fitness with Gail
Lovely teacher and other participants, great, friendly studio. The pace of the class was quite slow though - I was looking for more of a workout. However, even though it was slower, it did challenge me to learn new dance steps and combinations, so a bit of a workout for the brain too. Would recommend for people looking for a warm, friendly atmosphere, not too challenging a workout, and to learn some new things.

had never tried tai chi before but was very interesting, fun, and meditative

Definitely not a beginners class - Lot of rolling exercises that were challenging

really lovely teacher, comfortable studio. class was more stationary than flow focused which I prefer. good mix of breath work, challenging postures and stretches
Power PhyToga with Christine
Phenomenal studio. The instructor is a physical therapist and structures the class to be both strength building and in alignment with natural body movement.

This was pop up class and fantastic. Ill be back.

What a great class! Getting instruction about how to correctly do the vinyasa was amazing! And adding a weight to balance postures, such a good challenge.

What is ClassPass?
