At Midtown Strength & Conditioning, you can train in groups or in personal training sessions. Each group workout is designed by a trainer and supervised by one or more trainers. This method ensures the continuity and ideal placement of movements for maximum benefit. It also allows us to help avert injury!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
