see all reviewsCate’s Slow Flow & Yin class at Solfire Yoga 🧘♀️✨ was exactly what my body and mind needed. The slow vinyasa 🌊 helped me ease into movement, and the yin poses at the end felt like a deep, soulful exhale. 💆♀️💖 Cate’s guidance was gentle yet intentional, creating the perfect balance of effort and relaxation. ☯️ The studio’s vibe is warm and welcoming, 🌞 making it easy to sink into the practice. If you’re looking for a class to reset, unwind, and reconnect, 🌿💫 this is it! ✨💕

see all reviews5 stars for the 2 new instructors, it was their first class and they did great! Only problem was the music was too loud and made it hard to hear them. I would like to see some more variety in the classes. It’s a lot of the same movements and makes it hard for those who have areas that can’t repeat the same sets for an hour.

see all reviewsFirst time doing hot yoga and I was apprehensive. However Vanassa was so welcoming and had a calm guiding presence throughout the class. She regularly reminded us that we can take breaks and to listen to our bodies and move at a pace that feels good to us. I was intimidated before the class but once the class started the expectations she set and environment created was so helpful in allowing me to have a positive experience. I sweat A LOT in this class so definitely bring a towel to put on your mat so you’re not sliding off. If you’re a beginner to hot yoga I recommend you take Vanassa’s class!!!! And if you’re experienced then you’ll still get something wonderful out of this.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class! I am a beginner so I don’t have much to compare the class to. I did choose the earliest class with Mary and she was so welcoming and helpful. As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!

see all reviewsHer theme of change was refreshing and enlightening. Soft, steady, and deeply transformative—my experience with Yin Yoga at Yoga Shala with Monica was nothing short of profound. 🧘♀️ From the moment she began speaking, her voice carried the essence of change, a gentle reminder that transformation doesn’t have to be forceful. It can be soft. It can be still. It can be a surrender. Monica guided us through each pose with such grace, allowing space for deep introspection and release. The way she weaved breath with movement felt like an invitation—to let go, to listen, to trust. As my body softened into stillness, I could feel the energy within me shifting, moving through the tight spaces where old emotions had been quietly stored. There was a sense of renewal, of being held in something greater than myself. ✨ She holds space in a way that feels almost otherworldly, as if she’s channeling something ancient and knowing. Her presence is nurturing, her words like a whisper to the soul. I walked in carrying the weight of so much, and by the end, I felt lighter, freer—like I had returned home to myself. 🙏

see all reviewsSarah was a high energy, fun instructor. The music was great and the others members were so welcoming! This is located inside the gym where you go to the back and there’s a room for group classes. I’ll be back to experience more of this spin class. It’s more of a total body workout with more movement of the arms and I didn’t need special shoes. Bring your own towel if needed! Plenty of parking.

see all reviewsThis morning’s Sattva Yin Stretch and Heal at Sattva California 🧘♀️ with Talia felt like stepping into a sacred pause—a space where time softened, the mind quieted, and deep restoration unfolded. Talia’s gentle guidance created an atmosphere of pure presence, where each posture became an invitation to surrender, release, and receive. The long-held stretches felt like whispers to the soul, unraveling tension not just in the body, but in the unseen layers of energy within. By the end, I wasn’t just stretched—I was renewed, lighter, and deeply connected to the stillness that always exists beneath the noise. ✨

see all reviewsThis Monday night class with Dorothy is incredible. She is calming and helpful. She asks all the right questions ("Do you want to put your leg up or are you happy with where it is?") before offering assistance/corrections. Her class is suitable for all bodies and abilities---she offers real modifications not just hard and harder, but brings people support props or a strap or a block if she thinks it would help. And she does affirmations, which you can take or leave. I find them nice and positive. The style is yin yoga (as far as I know) where we hold positions for minutes at a time. Slow transitions and lots of stretching. Low exertion like you probably won't sweat but you will be fully stretched out after this class. Gorgeous space too.
