see all reviewsIt was so much fun! I have never done Pilates before and it felt pretty beginner friendly and Christina told us we could take breaks whenever we needed to! She played Britney Spears music the whole time and it was good vibes!!

see all reviewsAaron was amazing as usual. However even after several cell phone disturbances he asked the person to turn off and it still continued! Would appreciate teachers giving friendly reminder to students (old and new) to COMPLETELY SILENCE their phones during class (and if needed explain why!) If student does not feel they can adhere to be mindful for 90 mins maybe another kind of class would be better to meet their needs.

see all reviewsI haven’t been to yoga in a month, so I wanted to ease back into my practice. This was a great foundational class. It’s good to get a refresher on poses. This is a good class for beginners. It may feel too slow for those that are seeking a vinyasa flow. The teacher was great though! I appreciate a focus on form but not perfection. Barry reminded us to listen to our bodies and not do hard things because we feel like we “should.” Refreshing class.

HOT Pilates
see all reviewsAs a beginner, this class was a bit too fast paced for me. The instructor would tell us to do our reps slowly and then immediately cue us to switch? Instructions were clear but just a bit fast. I love heated classes because I can sweat it out, and this was probably the hottest class I’ve taken. Not for the faint of heart!

I received training from both Chris and Justin, and on both occasions, the workouts proved to be incredibly challenging. Moreover, the members of this gym are incredibly welcoming. Without a doubt, I will return in the future!

see all reviewsI really enjoy Katie’s classes. I appreciate the instruction that takes place. One of the reasons I take yoga in a studio is to improve. It’s helpful to have an instructor that offers cues throughout the class to improve form, rather than just calling out poses and not offering anything else. I always learn new ways to get better. Shes also really good at balancing the class with intentional focus inward while still being able to offer a challenging class, rather than just making the focus on ‘exercising’.
