How to prepare

You may bring a towel and a water bottle (reusable is best!). Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but rental mats are provided for $2 if needed. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. Be prepared to be barefoot – socks should not be worn to avoid slipping.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, 5 minutes before the start of class we start opening up spots to our waitlist.

This is the best yoga class - I've been going for years and every time I go, I am glad I showed up to my mat.

The class itself was excellent, but the studio packed way too many people into the room (someones mat was overlapping mine) and the instructor kept asking people to move their mats to squeeze more people in. This made for a less than relaxing environment!
