The seats are quite uncomfortable & was the most painful aspect of the experience (even w/ a thick bottom), so be prepared for that. Overall 8/10.

Especially cues like how much weight should be in each leg for certain punches and how close or far back I need to be from the bag. Such a good full body class my shoulders are on 🔥! I love the freestyle sections when you can just get your anger out on the bag. Victor is a fun and motivating instructor and super cool to chat with after class.
