RISE is a barre and fitness studio in Lower Gwynedd, PA, that offers low impact, high intensity barre classes set to upbeat music in a total body workout format that anyone can do. Our classes blend strength and resistance training, cardio, and stretching into a challenging yet fun, full-body workout to help our clients achieve visible results. With commitment to our classes, one can expect to tone and strengthen their body while improving posture and increasing flexibility. Our passionate and educated instructors will provide guidance and personal attention; they will motivate and push people through continuously evolving routines with upbeat, choreographed music. How to prepare

ARRIVE 15 minutes early. SIGN IN, fill out waiver, and our front desk staff and instructors will show you around. EQUIPMENT and mats are provided for all classes. WEAR COMFORTABLE workout clothing and bring a water bottle. Water can be purchased at the studio for $1. We recommend yoga pants (no shorts). SOCKS ARE REQUIRED for RISE Barre. Grip socks can be purchased at the studio. No sneakers or bare feet are permitted during classes. HAVE FUN!

This was my first time taking barre and I absolutely loved it! Not only was the class a great workout everyone was SOO friendly and welcoming, something you don’t always get at every fitness studio you go to. The instructor was very informative and helpful throughout class and super nice as well! Atmosphere was awesome too! The whole experience was amazing and I’ll definitely be going back again soon!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
