RISE is a barre and fitness studio in Lower Gwynedd, PA, that offers low impact, high intensity barre classes set to upbeat music in a total body workout format that anyone can do. Our classes blend strength and resistance training, cardio, and stretching into a challenging yet fun, full-body workout to help our clients achieve visible results. With commitment to our classes, one can expect to tone and strengthen their body while improving posture and increasing flexibility. RISE Barre & Fitness classes

How to prepare

ARRIVE 15 minutes early. SIGN IN, fill out waiver, and our front desk staff and instructors will show you around. EQUIPMENT and mats are provided for all classes. WEAR COMFORTABLE workout clothing and bring a water bottle. Water can be purchased at the studio for $1. We recommend yoga pants (no shorts). SOCKS ARE REQUIRED for RISE Barre. Grip socks can be purchased at the studio. No sneakers or bare feet are permitted during classes. HAVE FUN!

What is ClassPass?
