Lots of mini candles and a star light pattern that reflected on the ceiling kept the lighting low and no -threatening, perfect way to wind down the weekend in a Sunday night. Carly was such an amazing teacher and really conscious of helping me with my form. I loved that she checked in with me to make sure my lower back was safe since I mentioned to her that it’s usually a problem. 10/10 would recommend. Plus I had so much fun!
