Amazing workout with a deonte! Be ready to push yourself, he really knows what he's doing.

Bronson was our instructor. We started out with a run for warm ups and did some cardio/weights after. They were encouraging and the workout was fun and interesting. And definitely got me sweating and my HR up! I can't wait to go back

3 The Hard Way
Tough workout- structured similar to a bootcamp. Enjoyed the people and the motivation. The instructor is nice but doesn't take excuses and appreciates hard work. I enjoy and thrive off this type of teaching and will definitely go back- but if you prefer a more docile instructor, maybe this isn't the class for you.
Soul Train Sundays
Huge disappointment. I should have known to just go home when the gym was empty 15 minutes before class. Omar and family showed up 5 minutes before the class was scheduled to start, and I decided to give them a chance. They were friendly, but clearly had no plan of what to do for a "yoga, meditation, and stretching class." The music was good, and you could tell Omar was trying, but he told us to do stretches I know are dangerous (wrapping a band around our foot and around our head/neck) and the vibe was incredibly uncomfortable. I finally left after about 30 minutes, and will not be back.

Ab section was a killer!! Loved the workout and the atmosphere!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
