Core Strong with Katie
If youre like me and have ZERO core strength, do not be afraid. This class is totally doable and is fit for all levels! The moves go fast so youre not stuck doing a million reps of a move you hate. Plus Katie is super friendly and informative.

Kettlebells Strength and Conditioning with Julie
Julie was a great instructor, and helped make modifications so that I got an excellent workout. The class was challenging but not overwhelming to somebody like me who is just getting back into regular exercise.

Super friendly and welcoming instructor in a cool building in South Philly. Pacing was quick enough to be energizing and challenging...I left warmed up, feeling strong and ready for the day. Ill be back!

Small, friendly gym. Challenging Pilates workout.
Kettlebells Strength and Conditioning with Julie
Really great class!
Kettlebells Strength and Conditioning with Anna
Anna was a great instructor who really focused on form, which is rare. I would say this class is centered more for beginners. If you want to get into weight training. This is the class for you!
