About this studio

At Iam Yoga, their classes and studio are just as connected to the practice of yoga as they are to urban lifestyle. While they believe in pushing the boundaries of the mind, they also believe in pushing the boundaries of the body. They strive to capture the spirit of yoga, while making it engaging, challenging, fun and accessible. Their versatile and challenging classes separate them from the rest. Their instructors pull from a variety of modern and traditional yoga, mindfulness, cardiovascular conditioning and Pilates to design sequences providing you with the strength, reflection and acceptance you need to face the day ahead. From classic ashtanga and hatha classes, to decidedly untraditional classes like Assana flow, aerial yoga and Sweaty Balls conditioning classes, they offer a practice as individual as you!

How to prepare

Students should bring a yoga mat, towel, and water - However mats and towels can be rented for $2 each.

What is ClassPass?
