About this studio

HIIT Circuit Training takes a holistic approach to training, combining two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. This is a 45 minute class based workout with 2 highly educated and experienced trainers to assist, modify and motivate through the entire class. Their decades-tested circuit training model focuses on whole body workouts with an emphasis on weight-bearing exercise and functional movements and is appropriate for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. With over 500+ digitally presented programs and over 3000 unique exercises, you'll never repeat the same workout. You will burn 600-900 calories each 45 minute class.

How to prepare

New clients should arrive approximately 15 minutes early for their first class so their trainers can give you an orientation and tour. All you'll need to bring is water and prepare for a great workout. Please wear athletic shoes and gear and prepare to sweat. Their studio has cubbies, lockers, towel service and fully equipped showers.

Super challenging class, but I really feel like I got an excellent workout to build strength and especially endurance.

Loved this class! Katelyn and the others were so welcoming and helpful to me since it was my first time. It was a challenging strength training class, but they provide several modifications of you’re not quite able to get there yet. Also I liked how everyone was always doing something different, it allowed you to focus on your own training rather than comparing your technique/ability to others.
