She offered gentle suggestions and hands-on adjustments exactly when I needed them, without ever making me feel self-conscious about being a beginner. I’ve tried yoga at a couple of other studios before, and honestly, Oak + Lotus Yoga blew my expectations out of the water. If you’re new to yoga (or even if you’re not!) and looking for a welcoming, supportive place to practice, I can’t recommend this studio enough.
