Great class, loved teacher!
Kickboxing with Abigail
Abigail was awesome! She had such high energy, great timing and was encouraging and funny! Also loved her soundtrack .. the songs she picked went perfectly with our combinations!
Hip Hop Kickboxing with Morgan
It was a fun workout, and I swear so much. The only thing is that the instructor didn't go around that much to help with form. I felt like sometimes I was doing something wrong, but it was hard to get her attention. Otherwise, I would recommend.
Kickboxing with Morgan
Good workout but low energy. Cues for punches were different than standard boxing cue numbers.. made it confusing.
Kickboxing with Fabio
Fabio is so fun and motivating! Great workout and lots of sweat! All levels can do it!
Kickboxing with Jennie
Excellent workout from beginning to end.
Kickboxing with Di
I left drenched in sweat feeling amazing. But more importantly, I'm pretty sure I just beat the crap out of a heavy bag while listening to Milkshake by Kelis. 10/10 would punch again. As for Di, she's an amazing instructor, super friendly and fun, and demonstrates each move during class several times so you're never lost. In other words, she can teach you, but she has to charge. If you're on the fence, just go, you won't regret it!

Diane was so awesome. She explained the moves well!
Kickboxing with Morgan
Morgan is awesome! Always enjoy and learn something in her classes. It’s a great way to start your Monday
