She moved through the class flawlessly and was super intuitive when I was unsure of a move so she could demonstrate or help adjust my position. Not to mention the music was bangin! She encouraged us to push ourselves but to also listen to our body and know when we needed to take a moment. I don’t do a lot of cardio and found this class to be challenging but doable.The cold towel at the end was amazing. Playlist was great. We worked out every part of our body. I was worried about taking a heated class but it wasn’t bad at all. The temperature was just warm enough. My feedback would be to add more bars (maybe rolling ones since there isn’t a ton of empty wall space) because it did feel like everyone was very close together & to ask everyone to wipe down the props/items used at the end.

I also liked how she spoke to the class and moved around. She moved at a good pace that was easy for me to keep up with as a beginner. I will most definitely be returning to her class. It was tough but I had so much fun. My legs are jelly and I can’t wait for the next class!

If you were hoping for longer stretches of dancing with music with someone to practice, I’d try a level up. Notes re Robbie: She’s personable, efficient at managing a large group, inclusive to involve multiple people when showing something, and particularly I like her walking around and helping make adjustments to individuals.

It’s a larger, customized reformer that takes the workout up a notch! The owner blends contemporary and heated Pilates, and trust me, she does not play around. I tried a Level 2 class, and I was working. The instructor was amazing—she tailored the class just for me, giving hands-on adjustments, making sure my form was on point, and pushing me hard. It felt super personal, which you don’t always get. If you’re new, start with the intro classes. This is definitely my go-to spot now—100% worth a try!
