About this studio

A one-of-a-kind, high-intensity training studio located in Brooklyn featuring cardio, strength and core sequences designed to push you to the limits. You will row, push, slam, squat, lift and jump your way to fitness. No whining....just hard work. While they NEVER discourage first-timers please be realistic about your fitness levels and note these are advanced classes. They can modify up to a point but their classes are NOT RECOMMENDED F0R BEGINNERS. If you are starting out with this type of training, please consider their 30 minute sessions and then ramp up. No one permitted in after the start of class - no exceptions. Please arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first time. No cell phones during class please.

How to prepare

Tons of drills and challenging sequences designed to push you to the limit and get you in the best shape of your life. You will work with the WaterRower, ViPRs, medicine balls, slamballs, sandbells etc. and they are a studio that stresses form - please do not take it personally if you are corrected - just be willing to learn and work hard. Water and towels provided, just bring a water bottle to drink out of. They also have hair ties and tampons, changing room and bathrooms - no showers. No one admitted after the start of class - no exceptions!

How to get there

By subway: Take the R train to Union is the closest train, the studio is located on the corner. By Bus: B63 and the B103 buses. *Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time*
