About this studio

A one-of-a-kind, high-intensity training studio located in Brooklyn featuring cardio, strength, power and core sequences that push you to the limit. Tons of drills and challenging lesson plans designed to get you in the best shape of your life - while you have a blast! You will work with the WaterRower, ViPRs, medicine balls, slamballs, sandbells, battle ropes, agility rings and more. No whining, no competition...just hard work. While they NEVER discourage first-timers please be realistic about your fitness level and note these are advanced classes. They can modify up to a point but their classes are NOT RECOMMENDED F0R BEGINNERS or if you have injuries. If you are starting out with this type of training, please consider their 30 minute sessions and then ramp up.

How to prepare

They are a studio that stresses form - please do not take it personally if you are corrected - just be willing to learn and work hard. Water and towels provided, just bring a water bottle to drink out of. They also have hair ties and tampons, changing room and bathrooms - no showers. No one permitted in after the start of class - no exceptions. Please arrive 10 minutes early your first time. No cell phones during class please.

How to get there

By subway: Take the R train to Union is the closest train, the studio is located on the corner. By Bus: B63 and the B103 buses. *Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time*

Lurved it! I haven’t done a HIIT class in over a year, let alone a real workout that gets my heart rate that high. I’ve gained like 18lbs over the past year so Im carrying that around... but despite those things, I decided to let Maryam kick my butt. I didn’t think she was rude at all, she’s direct, thorough, and encouraging. It’s all love and you’re basically paying her to tell you what to do lol so if ya don’t wanna be told what to do, then don’t take a group fitness class. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Maryam!

This place is no nonsense- but that’s what you need in a workout. Be prepared to sweat, become motivated and listen to some courteous critiquing. It’s better to take some advice from the trainer than be doing the exercises wrong. I’m definitely going back!

What is ClassPass?
