Liz was not at the Friday night class on Feb 2nd. I did not like her replacement.

Awesome! Loved the class and the facility
Balance & Strength
great overall workout, friendly hands-on teacher, upbeat music. bring sneakers! (I didn't bring them and was fine but everyone else had them)
Step Combo
A great cardio and strengthening work out. The instructor was Pepe and upbeat. There were a variety of women of different ages in the class. Very supportive and encouraging environment.

Very good class, challenging & zenful.

Hard but a good workout! Doable
Total Body Pilates
Got a good sweat, and definitely feeling a little bit of soreness today. Class moved at a fast pace, and there were good modifiers for first timers. However, the instructor didn't walk around at all to assist with form.
TBC
The professor is good but the class was too crowded and there wasn't equipment for everyone. I'll not came back.
Interval Express
Class was good- instructor didn't look at form much, was focused on setting up next rep set. Also I never had to show proof I registered or signed up for class which was kind of weird- could have just walked in and attended.

What is ClassPass?
