Always a great class, going to miss Health house on class pass! My only complaint is that the mats are getting really worn out and its hurting my knees. Ive had friends take class with me who have complained about this as well.

This class was challenging and awesome! The instructor was very nice, helpful, and motivating. The only negative is it was hard to hear the instructor the majority of the class but it honestly didnt really take away from the class. Definitely recommend!
RIPPED | Chest, Back, & Abs with Amy
It was a good workout packed with cardio and weights. I wouldnt suggest the class if youre not comfortable with weightlifting. Theres minimal guidance on stance while made me nervous about injury had I not known the movements. The instructor was positive and upbeat but there was no sign in or greeting in the front.

This was an awesome workout! Lots of fun and a good variety of moves. It was nice that Amy didnt change up the equipment we used too much, as I feel like that sometimes takes too much time away from the workout.

This was an excellent fast paced workout with lots of different lifts to work all the muscles! I highly recommend this workout

What is ClassPass?
