Judy is the best!! She makes sure everyone is keeping pace and corrects your form to help you protect your body! She's quite a joy to be around and has a killer playlist.

Great workout. Fun class. Good use of time. Low impact but your abs, core, back, legs and behind will feel the burn. There’s a little arm as well. I’ll be back

Great class. Amanda is a wonderful trainer. She is very encouraging and knowledgeable. I had a back injury and she helped me protect my back and also gave me helpful modifications. I highly recommend and will be returning.

Judy will make you burn your butt off! A great, in-depth intro class and welcoming environment. Great music too!

Larissa is helpful to make sure you are using proper form so as to not hurt your body and get the most out of your stretches/poses!

I had so much fun! Amanda is lighthearted and supportive and put a lot of effort into designing our July 4th themed class! Expect circuits of strength-based exercises, using bodyweight or very light weights and equipment like yoga balls, bosus, and trx straps. This was challenging (my hamstrings and glutes are going to be angry tomorrow) but fun!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
