see all reviewsThis was surprisingly not as hard as I thought! Don't get me wrong, it is a challenging workout but I assumed it would completely kill me and it didn't. It flew by so fast that I was surprised the class was over when it ended. Sierra is incredible, so informative, demonstrates well, assists everyone and feels like an old friend! Expect to target very specific muscles, ones that you didn't even know you had. You will be shaking within 5 minutes of the class but it feels SO GOOD. I had lean, hearty meals throughout the day before my evening class which I think helped my energy levels. I'd def recommend. It's also not as intimidating as it's reputation. People are SO kind and social, the intro class takes you through it step by step, the participants all had diverse body types/skill levels and there are modifications in each exercise to make it easier or harder. It's a super fun, powerful, and accessible workout/studio! LOVE ❤️

Hannah was friendly, quick to answer my questions, and made sure I was using correct form (which I appreciated since some moves were new and I’m just getting back into classes.) Lindsay was the instructor and she was attentive and encouraging to everyone in the class! It was also such an uplifting and positive space, everyone was cheering each other on and giving high-fives the whole class! It was a bit hard to hear some of the instructions at the beginning but it is very easy to follow others and keep up if you miss something. I would definitely recommend it to both beginners and advanced levels because you can choose your weights and intensity.
