How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

How to get there

Free 1-hour parking is available at the studio, as well as ample street parking on the surrounding streets.

Dani was very knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly and encouraging! I would highly recommend her classes!!

Great class but not a huge fan of the music - was like modern country-ish rock almost throughout.

Studio a little noisy & distracting, but otherwise a good workout

Appropriate for level 2. Wouldve enjoyed a chance to go upside down and work on arm balances or headstands, but liked the ab work and playlist. Options for modifications or making a pose more challenging for individual needs would be a nice addition as well.

Great class and instructor! Felt very relaxed afterwards.

the "core" part of this was about 5 minutes of crunches. was surprised to arrive to a heated room - don't think there was anything about that in the course description. instructor did not do the moves or provide much guidance.
YS - Yoga Sculpt with Dani
Dani was super welcoming and her class was challenging. The room was hot and you walk out all sweaty, which I love. If I lived in Baltimore, I'd go back.
